For eligible orders, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receipt of the goods. Exceptions provided by applicable law may apply.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact info@kingenwear.com promptly.

• photographs showing the problem, where useful

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Made-to-Order Products

KingenWear products are produced on demand.

This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Whether a statutory withdrawal exception applies depends on the nature of the product and applicable law; we do not state a blanket exception for ordinary made-to-order products.

Return Condition

When a return is accepted under a voluntary or statutory return process, products should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Any reduction in value may be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned using the applicable original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Processing time after approval can vary by payment provider.

Return Shipping

Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return and applicable consumer law.

If the product is faulty or incorrect, your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

For a standard withdrawal, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility where legally permitted and properly disclosed.
