These terms apply when you use the KingenWear online store and purchase products through it.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

1. Store and Contact

KingenWear operates from Sweden and sells print-on-demand apparel and related products online.

2. Products

We aim to present product descriptions, images, sizes and other information accurately.

Screen settings and the print-on-demand production process can result in minor visual differences.

Such differences do not affect rights you may have if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.

3. Orders

Submitting an order means you offer to purchase the selected products at the price and terms displayed during checkout.

Orders may be subject to payment authorisation, availability and fraud-prevention checks.

You will receive order information electronically.

4. Prices, Taxes and Shipping

Prices, applicable taxes, shipping costs and the final amount payable are presented through the storefront and checkout according to the customer's market and delivery details.

Where additional import charges can legally arise outside checkout, these are governed by the rules applicable to the destination.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

6. Production and Delivery

Products are generally made to order.

Production and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Mandatory consumer rights concerning delayed delivery remain unaffected.

7. Returns, Withdrawal and Complaints

Mandatory statutory consumer rights always take precedence where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

KingenWear branding, original designs, text and other protected store content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.

9. Misuse

You may not use the store for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit fraudulent orders.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Changes

Store information and these terms may be updated when necessary.

The terms applicable to an order are those governing the transaction when the order is made, subject to mandatory law.

12. Governing Law

The store is operated from Sweden.

Applicable mandatory consumer protection rules, including rights that may apply in the consumer's country of residence, are not excluded by a choice of law provision.
